Vision Statement

To help hurting and searching people in all seasons of life to become fully functioning followers of Jesus Christ.

We do this by:

Loving God (in our Worship, and through our Fellowship)

Loving Others (through Discipleship)

Serving Others (with Evangelism and through intentional Ministry)

Serving the World (All 5 Purposes of the Church: Worship, Fellowship, Discipleship, Evangelism, Ministry) 

Our Model

At Seasons Church, we maintain a staff/accountability team/congregation-based model of church government.

The day-to-day operation of the church will fall under the responsibility of the staff. The staff knows the needs of the people and they know the day-to-day requirements. The pastoral staff will report to a group of men designated to serve as an accountability team, known as Elders. This team will serve as a sounding/accountability body for the staff to use and will be protection for the church. This team will in turn serve the church in making sure that decisions are being made congruent to the needs of the church and do not contradict the Holy Scriptures.

The congregation  will be responsible for approving the budget for the upcoming year. The congregation will also vote on any decision that goes outside of that budget. The congregation will be allowed to voice opinions at regular church meetings. There shall be at least 3 church wide meetings per year. These meetings will be setup by the staff and will allow for full disclosure of the finances and the vision and direction of the church. The members will be valued and their voices listened to by the staff and accountability team.
